Description
When an agent goes to enter their listing in the MLS, they have to enter the room measurements. Otherwise, they will not be able to set the listing as active.
The agent has a couple of options to get these measurements. 1) If the seller has the original blueprints and there have been no changes to the house. 2) They often use the measurements from the last time the house was sold. But how do they know those numbers are reliable? 3) They can bring their tape measurer and start climbing over furniture etc to measure the rooms themselves. 4) The best solution, add measurements to their photo order and have us do it with our laser device.
We do not calculate the square footage, just the foot length x the foot length of each room
